The ambience of the place is very relaxing and soothing. The salon is very inviting and cosy; very clean and tidy too! Many thanks to Sophie who happened to be available when I walked in. She was very professional, patient and welcoming. Not to mention, she has very gentle and light hands too! Really lovely experience here - reception explained the prices and services really clearly and were super friendly. Got a last minute walk in appointment with Naomi who did a fantastic job with my long layered haircut. She followed my requests precisely and gave me exactly what I was looking for - even adding in some top tips on how to achieve certain styling. The only thing I’d feedback is that the towels whilst they were clean and dry did smell a bit of damp but that is quite common in the U.K. from the shabbiest places to the most luxurious hotels due to the humid climate so towels need drying on higher heat and ASAP once made wet to prevent this.
